Real Estate Disclosure

Charleston Team One Realty is a licensed real estate brokerage operating in South Carolina. Property listings and market data are provided for informational purposes and may not reflect the most current availability or pricing. All real estate transactions are subject to applicable laws, regulations, and the South Carolina Real Estate Commission. Square footage and lot sizes are approximate and should be independently verified.

Payments

Certain services, such as buyer's consultation fees, require payment. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a payment, you authorize us to charge the specified amount. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed back to the original payment method.
